Can I choose the vehicle model from your fleet?
Yes. Based on the personal requirement you can choose your vehicle subject to availability. For bigger groups of people we have Mercedes Sprinter, Mercedes V250, Mercedes Viano and Renault Vans. SUVs are an option with small groups of up to 4 passengers with bit of more luggage and families who need baby seats. The SUV fleet compromises of Audi Q7, Mercedes GLE, Lexus 450, Mercedes GL vehicles. Finally, our Sedans fleet has a mixed fleet Mercedes E-class, BMW 5 Series, Audi A6, Jaguar XF, Genesis Hyundai, Lexus LS300 etc.

Can I reserve my taxi in advance?
Yes, pre-booking your car in advance the smartest option to make your journey comfortable and stress free. You will get the desired car model on a particular date and time.

How do I make payment?
We have facilitated online payment. After choosing the car and sending the details, you need to make payment by card. Customers who do not prefer prepayment can use cash to make the payment directly to the driver.

We accept all major Credit and Debit cards like Mastercard, Motorpass, Visa including Cabcharge Cards.

Is there any restriction on luggage?
You can carry a hand luggage and a big suitcase. There is no weight limit. To carry more luggage, you need to notify us in advance at the time of booking your vehicle so that we can make sure which vehicle to book for your comfort and requirement.

Where will the driver wait at the airport?
We will provide you with every detail of where the driver will wait at the airport, and any other pick-up location where your booking is from. You will find the information in your booking confirmation message.

Where will the driver wait at my home and hotel?
In case of the hotel, you can wait for us at the reception. Similarly, for the apartment and home, you can stay inside and we will update once the car arrives at front. However, for other place, you need to give us your address details like postcode and street name.

What is your price policy?
We will set the fixed price quotes and give you the estimate in advance. Our rates include booking charges, tolls, and a few other fees.

Why does your rate fluctuate?
Our company follows a dynamic pricing policy. We adjust the rate based on your departure time and the day of the week.

Is there any chance of price fluctuation after reserving the car?
No. As you have already booked your car, you will not find a varying rate. But there may be some adjustments to the price if there is any waiting involved or any extra pickups or stops on the way.

I like to choose a shared Maxi Taxi. Is there any chance of price change when no one has shared the vehicle? 
The price will remain static, although there is one passenger in the car.

Do you charge low for children?
Rates for kids and adults are not different.

Can I request a modification of the reservation?
Yes, we accept this request, and you need to contact our team in advance. It will prevent you from paying additional charges as long as pickup and destination are same. We will charge an amount for modifying the reservation at the last moment.

How do I cancel the booking?
You need to do it at least 4 hours before the scheduled time of your journey. However, in case of less than 4 hours 50% cancellation charge applies.

Do you send an invoice?
After paying the amount, you will receive the invoice.

I have not received the confirmation message. Why does it happen?
You need to check your email spam folder and trash box of your text messages. In case you have not found the message anywhere, you can contact our team.

What happens in case of a delay and early arrival of the flight?
You need to inform us about your flight details. Our driver will continuously track the flight and arrive at the destination at the right time.

How will I calculate the airport transfer cost?
You can talk to our team to get the estimate.

Do you provide services at the odd time?
Yes. We will surely respond to your urgency. However, make sure that you have provided the right information regarding the time and date of your trip.

Are child seats available?
You can grab this add-on by paying a slightly additional charge. Let us know your child’s age at the time of booking the car.

Can your driver drive me to the hotel?
We have hotel-to-hotel and door-to-door service for our customers.

How will I know about the acceptance of my booking?
You will receive a confirmation message via email and SMS.

How will I ensure that the chauffeur will arrive at the venue at the right time?
Our company will make sure on-time arrival of your vehicle. You will receive updated time and driver and car details via text 30 mins prior to your booking time. In case of any urgency or delay you can contact us directly to know real-time location of the driver.

What will I do when I cannot find the driver?
Contact our team if you got any issues finding your driver.

Can your drivers communicate in English?
Our drivers can speak English fluently and are efficient in communicating with you.

Will the driver cooperate with me when I cannot find my luggage?
With a phone call, you can inform us of everything about your issue. Our driver will wait up to 30 mins after the arrival of the flight. Waiting time will apply after 30 mins of that time.

What will I do in case of cancellation of the flight?
You should inform us about this problem. We need to know about the subsequent flight departure. Based on your details, we will reach the site on time.
